These Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to tickets purchased for Burstwick Party In The Park ("the Event").
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the Event
Burstwick Party In The Park is a community event organised to raise funds for registered charities.
Burstwick Party In The Park is not itself a registered charity.

2. Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for the Event are sold through Eventbrite.
Tickets are subject to availability and are only valid for the Event, date and ticket type stated on the ticket.
You should check your ticket and booking confirmation carefully when you receive it and contact Eventbrite promptly if you believe any information is incorrect.
Tickets must not be resold for profit or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

3. Ticket Entry
A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event unless otherwise stated.
You may be asked to show your ticket, including a digital ticket on your mobile device, when entering the Event.
We reserve the right to refuse entry where:

a ticket is invalid, duplicated or has been cancelled;
a ticket appears to have been obtained fraudulently;
the ticket is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or
there is another reasonable safety or security concern.

4. Children
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated in the Event information.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for children in their care throughout the Event.
Please check the Event information for any age restrictions or specific requirements applying to the particular Event.

5. Event Changes
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Event as advertised.
However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

performers or entertainment;
timings;
activities;
facilities;
the Event layout; or
other aspects of the Event.

Such changes will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.

6. Weather
Burstwick Party In The Park is an outdoor event and may take place in varying weather conditions.
The Event may continue in rain or other adverse weather where it is safe and reasonably practical to do so.
If severe weather or other circumstances make it unsafe to hold the Event, we may need to delay, modify, postpone or cancel it.
We will provide information about any significant changes through our website and/or social media channels where reasonably possible.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds will be given.

8. Eventbrite
Eventbrite provides the online ticketing service for the Event.
Your ticket purchase and payment are subject to Eventbrite's applicable terms and conditions.
We do not have access to your full payment or card details.
If you experience a problem with your ticket purchase or payment, you may need to contact Eventbrite directly.

9. Behaviour
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other attendees, volunteers, performers, staff and members of the public.
We will not tolerate:

threatening, abusive or violent behaviour;
harassment or discrimination;
behaviour that puts others at risk;
deliberate damage to property;
illegal activity; or
behaviour that significantly disrupts the Event.

Anyone behaving inappropriately may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund.

10. Alcohol
If alcohol is available at the Event, it must only be consumed in accordance with the Event's arrangements and applicable licensing requirements.
Anyone who is intoxicated or behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner may be refused entry or asked to leave.

11. Prohibited Items
For safety and security reasons, certain items may not be permitted at the Event.
These may include weapons, illegal drugs, dangerous items, fireworks and other items that could reasonably pose a risk to others.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone bringing prohibited or dangerous items onto the Event site.
Specific restrictions may be communicated before or during the Event.

12. Dogs and Animals
Dogs and other animals may only be brought to the Event where permitted by the Event organisers.
Assistance dogs will be accommodated in accordance with applicable requirements.
Where dogs are permitted, owners remain responsible for their animals and must ensure that they do not cause a nuisance or safety risk.

13. Photography and Filming
Photography and filming may take place during the Event.
Images and recordings may be used for legitimate Event-related purposes, including promoting future Burstwick Party In The Park events, social media, the website and publicity relating to the Event and its fundraising activities.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings of the Event.

14. Accessibility
We want Burstwick Party In The Park to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
If you have accessibility requirements or need assistance attending the Event, please contact us before the Event where possible so that we can discuss what reasonable arrangements may be available.

15. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
We cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged at the Event except where we are legally responsible.
If you lose an item at the Event, please contact us as soon as possible.

16. Health and Safety
Attendees must follow reasonable instructions given by Event organisers, stewards, security personnel or emergency services.
If you have a medical condition or other circumstance that may affect your safety at the Event, you should take appropriate precautions and seek assistance where necessary.
Emergency procedures and evacuation instructions must be followed.

17. Liability
We will take reasonable steps to organise the Event safely.
However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from attendance at the Event where that loss, damage, injury or expense is not caused by our negligence or other legal responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Fundraising
The purpose of Burstwick Party In The Park is to raise funds for registered charities.
Information about the charities benefiting from the Event and how funds are distributed may be provided through our website, social media or Event information.

19. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Event, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, including where there are changes to the Event or applicable legal requirements.
